2-Year Extended Warranty Plan

This Extended Warranty Plan provides an additional 2 years of coverage for your massage chair, including in-home service and replacement parts for covered repairs.

Coverage Includes:

• In-home service visits for eligible repairs
• Replacement of mechanism/mechanical parts that fail under normal residential use
• Labor and parts associated with covered mechanical repairs

Coverage Excludes:

• Natural fading of leather color resulting from normal use
• Cracking or wear of leather caused by friction or use over time
• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance

Terms:

• This Extended Warranty Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
• Must be purchased at the same time as the massage chair order; it cannot be added separately after purchase
