We work with handymen and technicians across the country. Once we receive a service case, we usually ship out the necessary parts the next day. Even before the parts arrive, we’ll schedule a convenient time for the repair visit. In most cases, your issue will be fully resolved within a week.

All of our chairs come with at least 1-year fully warranty (labor + parts), 2 more years free parts and virtual assistance. For higher end chair, the full service warranty will be 2 -3 years, and 3 more free parts warranty.
