The shipping was faster than I expected. And free inside delivery is a big plug since this chair is pretty heavy but thankfully it doesnβt require any assembly! Iβve tried different models at about same price point, but they were all pretty small and couldnβt fit me well. I am about 5β10, but 270lb, this chair fits me very well! Itβs actually bigger than it looks in the picture, and it feels very high quality made. I stayed in the chair for about one hour to try out all functions, but still got some questions. So I emailed them but didnβt expect to get the reply within 10 mins! After a week, their customer support even reached out to me again and asked if I still had any questions or issues regarding the chair. Wow! Thatβs definitely the best customer service Iβve ever experienced. I am working from home so I placed the chair next to my desk, so I can always get a fast relax after few hours of work lol. Weβve had this chair for a little while now and I figured Iβd say something about it. Took me a while to actually buy it. We both retired a few years back and these days I try not to spend money unless Iβve really thought it through. My wife was already on board way before I was. Before I ordered it I did send them a couple emails, just had a few questions. Honestly didnt expect much, figured Iβd hear back the next day or somethin, but they got back to me pretty fast. I dont usually write reviews, but figured this one deserved it. I'm middle aged with bad neck, shoulder, feet problems and I've sat in more massage chairs than I probably care to admit. This one though, its just on another level. The dual core 4D + 3D thing is not just marketing fluff. You can actually feel the difference right away. It's way more precise and deep, but still smooth somehow. Honestly the closest thing I've felt to an actual human massage. The auto programs are really well thought out too, not random or robotic like a lot of chairs. It feels intentional, like someone knew what they were doing when they designed them. The leather surprised me too. Most chairs I've tried have that fake, plasticky feel. this one is soft and smooth, almost like high end car seats. Looks great in the room as well, doesnt scream "massage chair" if that makes sense. Design wise, its just beautiful. Very modern, clean, and luxury looking without being over the top. My wife actually likes how it looks, which says a lot. One thing I didnt expect but really like are the extra airbags around the back and hips. They add this compression that makes everything feel more complete. Hard to explain, but it makes a difference. Delivery was also way better than expected. I thought I was just getting curbside drop off (which I was not looking forward to dealing with), but they upgraded it for free. Guys brought it inside, unboxed it, and even took all the packaging away. Super smooth process. Customer service has been great too. I've tried a few massage chairs over the years (buddy of mine has one, plus I've sat in a couple at the mall), and most of them are kinda.. whatever. This one tho actually surprised me First thing, the 4D massage. I didn't really know what that meant going in, sounded like marketing tbh, but it actually hits pretty deep. Like the rollers dont just glide over your back, they kinda dig in a bit. not in a bad way, just feels more real. Got right into my shoulders and lower back which is where im always tight. The deep zero gravity thing is also legit. When it leans back and your legs come up, you just melt into it. Takes the pressure off your back and makes the whole massage feel stronger. Not gonna say it's exactly the same as a real massage therapist, but honestly it's the closest compared to other chairs. My fav is probly the thai stretch setting. It does this slow pulling/stretching thing while its working your back and it just feels good, especially after sitting all day. Helps loosen up my hips which are always stiff. One thing I gotta mention, customer service was actually really good. After I ordered, they reached out asking if I had hardwood floors cause the chair is heavy. I said yeah, and they sent me a mat for under it so it wouldnt scratch anything. Wasn't expecting that at all. I usually sit in it like 15-20 mins at night and it just resets everything. Back, shoulders, all that. If your into a stronger massage and like the stretching aspect, I'd say this one's worth a look, definitely better than most I've tried. Pretty happy with it

I bought this brand because the other models they sell have very high reviews also, and they have an actual phone number and teal customer service unlike 90% of the other knock off brands sold online. It's really next level quality, and comfort. The airbags are crazy strong on high. You can adjust pretty much everything to your liking on the touch screen or press one button and it runs on auto and many other modes. It massages all the way down under you butt and the back of your legs all the way to the back of your head. It's good for big and tall folks too. I'm a pretty big dude and it's plenty big for me, my wife is 5' 6" and it fits her too. It auto adjust to your body somehow when you first get in it. It's super nice and zero assembly. Not one bolt, nothing. If you order this i highly recommend paying the 20 bucks for room of choice delivery. It's worth 100 bucks easy. This thing comes in a massive box. So much packaging is nuts.
