Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing: Before shipping, each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection and careful packaging. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Ship From (U.S.): Our warehouse is located in Ontario, California, U.S. The self-pickup service is available for customers.

Handling Time: Generally, if the order is placed before 12 pm PDT, the carrier will be able to pick up the chair the next day. If the order is placed after 12 pm PDT, the warehouse will need one more day to prepare the shipping.
- If the order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the carrier will collect the chair on Monday.

Shipping Costs (U.S.)
- Free Inside Delivery: the item will be brought just inside the first doorway. It does not include delivery to a specific room, stairs, or setup. LTL deliveries are typically handled by one driver, so if there are stairs or steps before entering the home, inside delivery may not be possible.
- Room of Choice: $59.99 for Room of Choice delivery brings the item inside and places it in your selected room, including two flights of stairs and 30 minutes of service.
- White Glove Service: $250 service fee includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, basic setup, and removal of packaging materials. Service is typically performed by a two-person team.

Shipping Costs (Canada)
- Free Curbside Delivery: Due to the policy of Canada Major LTL carriers, they DO NOT offer inside delivery or room of choice. Only Curbside delivery is available, but the carrier will still call the recipient when the delivery arrives.
- Room of Choice: If customers need room of choice service, we will contact local movers to help. Normally, movers charge $150 - 200 for the service, including moving the chair inside, taking the chair out of box.

Please note that for remote or rural locations, white-glove or room-of-choice delivery may not be available. We recommend contacting our customer service team in advance so we can confirm service availability for your address.

Delivery Appointments: Please be attentive to calls from the delivery company to schedule your delivery appointment.

Package Inspection: If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging upon receipt, please take photos for documentation and contact us immediately for assistance.
