Order Processing: Before shipping, each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection and careful packaging. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Ship From (U.S.): Our warehouse is located in Ontario, California, U.S. The self-pickup service is available for customers.

Handling Time: Generally, if the order is placed before 12 pm PDT, the carrier will be able to pick up the chair the next day. If the order is placed after 12 pm PDT, the warehouse will need one more day to prepare the shipping.
- If the order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the carrier will collect the chair on Monday.

Free Curbside Shipping: All products on our website are currently shipped free of charge within the United States.
- Inside Delivery: the item will be brought just inside the first doorway. It does not include delivery to a specific room, stairs, or setup. LTL deliveries are typically handled by one driver, so if there are stairs or steps before entering the home, inside delivery may not be possible.
- Room of Choice: Room of Choice delivery brings the item inside and places it in your selected room, including two flights of stairs and 30 minutes of service.
- White Glove Service: includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, basic setup, and removal of packaging materials. Service is typically performed by a two-person team.

Please note that for remote or rural locations, white-glove or room-of-choice delivery may not be available. We recommend contacting our customer service team in advance so we can confirm service availability for your address.
