1. WARRANTY PERIOD
KoziSense offers warranty service and official customer support that applies exclusively to new and certified refurbished products bought from KoziSense official website, authorized Amazon stores, and other official outlets. For purchases made through KoziSense' authorized resellers or distributors, customers should contact them directly for after-sales service.
New products bought from KoziSense come with 1-year warranty since the date of purchase.
If a warranty repair is needed, the replacement unit's warranty will continue from the original purchase date and will be extended for the number of full days that the product was out of the buyer's hands for repair.
2. WARRANTY FORFEITURE
The following situations will void the warranty for KoziSense products:
(a) Products marked as "sample" or "Not for Sale," or sold "AS IS" or sent as "prototype"
(b) Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
(c) Removal, alteration, or tampering with trademarks, serial tags, or product stickers
(d) Dismantling, mishandling, improper use, or defacing of products
(e) Unauthorized firmware upgrades without the guidance of an authorized technician
(f) Damage resulting from accident, dismantling, abuse, or service or modification by someone other than the appointed vendor, souse, fission or the spare part has been over the period of warranty
(g) Damage due to improper working environments or operations, such as improper temperature, humidity, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, static electricity, using the wrong power adapter, etc.
(h) Damage due to the violation of directions on safe battery handling and usage
(i) Damage due to force majeure, natural disasters, etc.
(j) Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
3. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
KoziSenseis not responsible for any additional warranties or commitments promised by resellers, agents, distributors, or any third party. Customers should request written documentation to protect their rights and interests if such warranties or commitments are promised.
In addition to the warranty forfeiture situations listed above, KoziSense will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profiles, arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product. KoziSense' total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the customer.
